The Bill (Reg.№4124) introduced by the Cabinet of Ministers determines the legal, organizational and economic basis of the state policy regarding provision of affordable housing to the citizens that need improvement of housing conditions but are not entitled to social housing.
The Committee members upheld the Bill, implementation of which forms conditions of the housing construction (purchasing) affordability for the citizens that need improvement of the housing conditions, determines the standards of housing affordability, facilitates the technical state of housing fund, solves the problem of housing provision to give new impulse to the development of housing construction and the building complex in its entirety.
